    Is that just wishful thinking? Isn't STO still pursuing Quadrant Energy?

    With even the Govt screaming about gas shortages on the East Coast, it doesn't make sense that no t/o offers have come SXY's way. Share price does seem to be capped. Any surprises around the corner?
