Hardly a 'pump and dump'. It's just BAU as far as SXY's recent trading pattern is concerned, exacerbated by conniptions in POO.
If I had some spare cash, I'd be inclined to buy some more SXY as trading stock with a view to cashing out at 0.45-0.46, whilst still retaining my core LT holding.
