I’ve met a number of the Snr Exec at Santos over the years and I still beg to differ. Cutting heads (especially long tenure IP folks being replaced by low cost inexperienced employees) as well as outsourcing departments looks good to shareholders in the short term, but without a good turn around strategy, then I’m sorry but STO will be in serious trouble in this cyclical market.

What they need most right now is deep pockets to help them get out of debt and grow the business, but they’ve elected to go it alone. Not the place for my cash.

But SXY most definitely is.
