Lol, I thought you were being a bit hard on the Senex management.
I disagree even more though regarding the Santos directors headed by Kevin Gallagher who has done a top job turning STO around.

But when Harbour wanted STO to underwrite its bid that was the straw that broke the camel's back for sure!
Harbour was far too greedy and bit off more than they could chew.
Off-topic anyway unless of course Harbour Energy through EIG Global Energy Partners make a bid for control of Senex as second pick!
