I'm not troubled by this. The economies of the developed world are still recovering from the debt binge and this is bound to have some repercussions. I rarely buy a stock unless I'm happy to hold it for 3 years and I think COF, at these prices, is a good investment - imho. I might buy some more if it goes below $1. I can see it roaring back when things change.
