COF is obviously going through some tough times but have managed decent profits and have avoided dilution and lets hope they have kept their core management intact. Unfortunately consultants are tied to the fate of the projects they work on, so widespread project delays are always going to flow onto the consultants involved. IMO a great buying opportunity as the good times should return as the economy picks up.
