They have a huge tax liability in Argentina in next few months + They are unable to find JV partner for SDV + Mt Cattlin wont be generating enough free cash flow moving ahead due to low Li price + They are looking at developing James Bay now.
With the amount of money they have in account, they can hardly do 2 years worth of development at SDV and James Bay. If they are not able to find a JV partner for both SDV and James Bay they may even have to do a capital raise soon.
