Someone has paced a "blocking sell trade" at 0.012 on the oppies.

Then started accumulating at 0.011.

The blocking ensures the price does not go higher while they consistently accumulate at 0.011

When they have the required amount @ 0.011 they will cancel the SELL order of 1.5 mil oppies and let the price go up. Some times[most often] they then place a FALSE buy order at say 0.010 of 1.5 mil [example] to give the impression of huge BUY interest which then pushes up price and they sell off at a higher value.

This is called "spoofing" and IS illegal with a Sydney trading being extradited to the USA only recently by FBI for "spoofing".
