DT's especially self funded retirees are desperate at any cost to make any money they can because they know we are heading into one of the worse bear markets in history - worse to come with uncertainty around Brexit - the mad man in the white house. Those companies with good results like KRR will survive - but the recession coming will drastically reduce the income, if not totally wipe out thousands of DT's - so expect stunts like that.
