Traders out to screw the price around again, trick some into selling cheaper and let it run up again later in the day or the next day.
Who ever the trader/broker is doing this, YOU ARE SO BL**DY OBVIOUS!

Now for those that cannot see individual trades and/or market depth on BUY/SELL. This is a FALSE sell order!
Its a BLOCKING mechanism. Designed to get more sellers , drop the price several points then recover and sell for a profit!
