If there are cappers on the job then it would be a good sign meaning it is worth investing in TVN. But the speed and amount of shares getting dumped signals that the majority is not able to put any value on this stock and therefore fears either to miss out on a potential advance or to lose big money determine the current action.

It could end at 8c or 6c, depending on which "Fear Force" is more determined.

I just hold 50k shares and watch from the side until a clear direction is visible.
