I suspect the freeze on new exploration licenses may be due to the trafic problems in central mongolia. On a main road in central mongolia there is a trafic jam that takes drivers 40 hours to travel 100 kilometers and once cars enter this road you cant get off untill up to 40 hours latter,coal trucks are to blame for the problem along with road works to fix the problem. As more and more coal mining happens the trafic will become more of a problem for drivers and coal companies transporting coal. Getting the coal to china will be tvn,s bigest challenge.
