My concerns: Peabody, a major coal company, has a lease next door. Peabody stopped open-pit mining on that lease. A 175m thick seam just can't cease on Pea's license. Why did Pea stopped mining? Why didn't Pea pursue the lease next door? Even if it is thermal coal, still it is >$100/t. Should still be very profitable.
