From memory there was a 3 month delay in the bench trials. This was later attributed to seeking agreement on test methodology between BOS and other parties.

2 weeks past the 'end of 2007' is not something to get worried about. Too much more than that probably needs an update to share holders.

Of greater concern to me is the vastly longer delay in announcing the results of the dental trials.

BOS has about another 2 months of cash so they can't leave results too long.
