That's right Axe. Catalpa would have rode out it's plant problems by now and the next two qtr's from here would have been pretty impressive. I could easily forsee a share price of over $2.00 and a takeover target price of $2.50 or more. If we were cruisin along in 2012 we would have been receiving our first generous dividend in the second half of 2012.
I also agree with puzzled monkey, that I'm not overly pessismitic about the merger - just the market price. If the share price reflects $2.00 or over by the end of this year then I'll take my hat off to the benefits of the merger. This is not a done deal. Maybe some big holders are not so sure as well.
