I think thats unlikely.
Why would anyone dump at first opportunity as everyone in cr is at a cost of 10c can't see the majority of holders dumping on first day. I can see it being manipulated but not down to 7.5c my prediction high of 10.4 low of 9.7 but I really suck at predicting the market.
Also there is the day trader factor if opening at 10 cents the chances are pretty good for nearly a 10% gain depending on trading volumes and timing imo
