Sellers for over 2 million shares that were sitting at 0.008 have disappeared. They were just keeping the lid on. Once the insiders have accumulated they will let it go. If cash flow is good due to increasing oil prices that takes the risk of cap raisings and dilutions off down the track, then share price will appreciate.
