    HC12,

I am humbled and honoured that you would repost my post from the FRE forum and just change the company name from FRE to MNF! It is really quite a boost to me, thanks!

The MNF SP is clearly being manipulated or managed. This is good for holders at present but bad for new buyers if there are any.

The MNF SP is wallowing in a lack of interest, it does not churn like FRE or ENG. It is a technically boring share ATM. There are no signs of manipulation that I can see unlike the very obvious maniputaion on FRE.

The SP seems to want to go under 10c and has threatened it a number of times in recent weeks but the white knights come along and save it at the last minute presumably to protect their portfolio or for other reasons not apparent.

What White Knights? I wish MNF could have the White Knights that frequently vists FRE! MNF is real, what you see is what you get. Actually, if I was concerned, I would White Knight it myself but I am not, I don't care if it goes to 5c actually as it will be mnassively re-rated at the appropriate time, in coming quarters as it continues it's 100% PA growth and moves from Cashflow Positive (which it became in Jun 08) to revenue profitable in following quarters.

Remember that this company IS IN DEBT

Umm, $2M of debt? Ok, to a related company right? A related company that in the past has allowed MNF to pay parts of it's debts in MNF shares, right? Seems like a good debt to me.

Let us wait and see if they have managed to pay any of this down in Q1 FY09, if they have, will you be satisfied then?

MNF revenue last year was 2X FRE Revenue at $6.8M, ok so it lost $1.7M (that $2M debt to Symbio was recognised in it's FY08 accounts and revognised in the FY08 year, it technically goes into FY09 almost debt free from an accounting POV) but FRE lost $8M. FRE also has debt, all companies do.

FRE has dwindled down the $14M it started with at EOY FY07 to $8M, of course it has paid it's debts. MNF has rarely ever had more than a million in available cash in recent years, I think it has done very well under those circumstances.

I know which one I would rather be in and it ain't one that racks up $8M in losses PA

("your post on the FRE forum are embarrassing Stand up")

Please explain. Embarrasing for who? FRE investors I would suggest, not for me, thanks.
