as they say, money rules in this type of environment. If you have money, there are a lot of bargains out there and it is (will be) an opportune time to build the company. Of course you also have to have good management and support, and GIR have all that. I'm not sure whether it will become a miner or not, but one way or the other, the company will grow quickly once we are out of this bad market.
