Philips Lightings conventional lighting business is in decline as we would expect. LED was still growing and Home had the highest growth.
If we include debt, Buddy paid 2.5 times revenue. If we exclude debt, Buddy paid less than 2 times revenue. I still think 10 times revenue seems too high for a valuation of Lifx.
