    BUD bought LIFX for $71 million AUD. Your conservative valuation for LIFX is $180 million. Do you seriously think the owners of LIFX sold their future high growth business to BUD at a 60% discount to what the actually valuation could be?

    High growth companies get taken over at a premium to factor in the future expected earnings, not a huge discount.
