A proper analysis of MQG's shareholding reveals that the overwhelming bulk of it comprises of stock borrowed from another shareholder so I will stick to my theory that Bruce Gordon(Birketu P/L) will sell his 15% shareholding shortly and it will all collapse into the shorts and MQG's holdings. I haven't analysed UBS's shareholding so they may also be a party to this.
