I just would like to ask your opinion PLEASE: do you think that the sp might hold around at least 0.40c after the equity raising?

IMHO, the lows, if it does go lower from here, are likely to happen before the equity raising is closed. The dilution is already known, so that should already be factored in to the price. But what may happen is that those who bought heavily in the retail offer may decide to sell now at $0.40+ to lock in some profits and free up funds so that they can partake in the SPP and potentially replace those shares sold at just $0.30.

For those who intend to hold long term, there is the risk with this strategy that they may not get what they apply for, but for those who are more interested in a quick profit, it may be worth doing.

When to sell over the next 2 weeks is also a problem if that is your strategy. Many will want to wait until the deadline to see how the price is moving in order to decide whether to participate. So there could be a big increase in sells just before the deadline ends to free up funds but pushing the price down
