It seems to me there are two big elephant issues in the room.
1. Nuheara’s anns contain little to no guidance as if Nuheara does not care about a tanking SP or their shareholders’ distress. At the same time, large holders seem to be in the know as per this post (1 or 2 days before the CR terms were made public):
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-trading-halt.3551079/page-52?post_id=25927497#.WaQDsSig-70
Why?
2. The SP is being messed around with. On June 17, the SP rose during the day. Credit Suisse tried to push it down to 9.9 cents several times, but were unsuccessful – the closing price was 10.5 cents. Then in the auction, 1.5 million (!) shares transacted at 9.9 cents, mostly attributable to Credit Suisse who sold 1.35M shares @0.99 that day, the lowest trading price during the entire day. (You can check HC traffic that day to get a feel for the bewilderment of NUH holders. Bewilderment that was further exacerbated next morning when an “unexpected” CR was announced.)
Why?
Solving 1 and 2 is crucial to understanding current SP decline. There is nothing “fundamental” going on, except some big players messing with the SP.
