I think it likely NXS will make counter offer in due course. Current market manipulation trying to downramp NXS share price strengthens the likelyhood in my view (somebodys worried about their sp getting too strong in any event).
I think though that current AZA premium probablymore likely due to shareholder confusion re curent ARQ pricing/bid.
