Glencore is at 5%. They do NOT control YTC in any way. Glencore and YT together don't have majority control of YTC, either.
Glencore has made us a very good financing offer, which will suit both parties, YTC and Glencore. Glencore gets lots of additional copper concentrate for its trading side, longterm (it doesn't need to take us over for that). We get cheap money.
Once we accept that deal, Glencore will go to 10% - but we, YTC, will be independant from the markets and should go on strong, making money hand over fist and being able to pay back the convertible notes at OUR liking.
And then we will move on to our other projects ...
