Do not know how or why you can have any confidence in the team. 3 of the 4 mentioned have been around now for a couple of years and in my view providing little value to PGM, they are a large part of the proble. The other has not been around long enought to have an opinion of as yet.
Still believe there needs to be a fundemental clean out of PGM top down.
