    The management continually spruik their expertise in capital raising and capital markets yet seem to have zero engagement and zero clue how to promote the stock. It's kind of important if you're going to raise capital... if they did it now it's be at an even sh1ttier price than when they raised for Paris Creek. Disgraceful
