Do some fact checking before throwing out these glib lines. Mexico has been a member of the OECD since 1994, the first Latin American country to be admitted.It is classified by the World Bank as "upper middle class".It is ranked as a No 1 regional power, and a mid ranking world power. It rates high on numerous accepted nation ranking indices.
If, as I suspect, you are buying the Trump line that vast numbers of Mexicans want to flood illegally into the US to justify his weird wall plan, that,of itself,would not be evidence of "third world"status even if it were true. It is not.Look a little further.The "illegals" Trump is talking about are mostly Venezualans who really do have a reason to flee their country, and try to make it to the States through Mexico, which has the same problems of absorption of illegal immigrants as does the US, but tries to address it more sensibly but also with limited success.
As for Malaysia's credentials, people can do their own research.An economy based on selling jars of fuel and fruit on the roadside is an impressive start.
