HI Guy ...started at 1:30 pm est time .....was watching face book live broadcast when Gina Lopez said she was suspending OGC ..
price was up 14 cents ....flicked back 1 minute later, only up 7 cents ...back to live b/cast to listen to who else was going .....quick flick back to see how the share price was going 5 minutes later and she was down 74 cents.....

Don't forget its only under suspended...... and if you listen to the broadcast she did explain why each company is suspended or shut down...
