What comment on ETC's reputation or ETC as a company are you referring to? My post just detailed a few interesting links I came up with.

I'm not sure the "SK ... can do as it pleases" makes sense. Surely all companies must follow company law, ASIC regulations and ASX disclosure when appropriate? Given that you're a shareholder, I'm amazeded that you don't mind that a third party appears to have given ETC a large contract, bought ETC shares (apparently under a different name from the same address), not delivered on the contract, and then sold the shares at a substantial profit.

Sure SK could be selling while their directors are buying... anything is possible. Although how you could think that it is even a remote possibility is beyond me.
