    So you are suggesting on that other stock.....secure a great acquisition in a rising commodity, get financing, set up a JV for your partner to contribute a project they’ve kept tight for 5yrs or so, appoint 2 high profile directors from said JV partner........then bail from said company and fly back to Africa tonight?
