The last numbers I heard were around 1,8 bln USD, still a load of money.
They better sell major part to other investor, and help them as a operator.
Until now they spent already 150 mln on the project and Sojitz bought 30% for 13.7 mln in 2008.
I think Shagang had a god vision on pollution in China and noticed 10 year ago already that high grade pellets were the way to invest.
