What a joke. The management team need to "articulate" the company strategy before they "demonstrate" it so that investors can decided if they want to buy into it. Sounds like they are making up strategy as they go. The CEO is the major shareholder's representative and acts only in their interests without regard to the other shareholders. The chairman is nothing more than a puppet and investor communications officer. Board change is badly needed.
