Maybe worth looking at GRR CEO before making any judgement on GRR CEO management capability. I had previously heard that Mr Zhao has been involved in several very large projects. Maybe the reason why he was selected to head Grange.
Mr. Zhao served as the Commander of Project Development Headquarters with Shagang. Mr. Zhao has 35 years experience in the industry. He has extensive project management and implementation experience and expertise.
