Theres no date expected for this land clearing and it appears old news.
The new (2017) GRR report to DotEE is an update to the 2011 proposal for minesite, water pipelines and desal plant....it's a requirement when changes are made to the original referral, so unfortunately this is just a news grab for the same proposal. There is no start date just a few changes such as alternative design for tailing storage, alternative route for desal corridor and maybe a wellfield for water supply!
