    I think Aurelius expects a Director to be 100% perfect and does not make mistakes in any company that director will sit in. If that is the case, I couldn't imagine how many board seats will be left vacant in companies listed in the ASX basing it on a "I AM ALWAYS PERFECT AND DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES" criteria.
