Hi linkman
Low Cash position is normal for oropa has been like that for the past year as they raise in small $500,000 lots so they dont dilute the shares to much.
As said in quartely there AGGRESIVELY looking at a coal aquisition for early production, this will be a massive positive if a deal is done, atm Pungkut alone imo is worth .20+ add a coal aquisition that can be put into production within a year, whats that worth .50+ depending on how big the resource is.
Look at it this way EXM has 500,000oz inferred the market values them at $40mil+ today, then you have FSE who are looking to aquire advance coal deals but dont have nothing to there name the market values them at $30mil today.
Just proves that ORP with 700,000oz inferred (will be 800,000oz+ on upgrade) attractive uranium portfolio, & on the aquisition trail for coal with near term production, is a steal at .043
Market will wake up sooner or later :)
