IVA has 22.88% of the Top 20, leaving a balance of just over 42% of the total shares on issue in the top 20(taking into account JPM adjusted holding). I'm figuring it's a slam-dunk! Is there anyone out there who would think that any other top-20 holder's wouldn't vote in favour of the sale? (IMO)
