    IMO investors aren't buying into a Uranium stock based on good/bad management.

    Its a small cap stock - its a punt - Management aren't going to make a difference if there's nothing to sell. At the same time if a discovery is made your Grade.2 Maths teacher could be running the company and the SP will still skyrocket.

    Engineers (and luck) are the key.
