I sold out of BSG just a week ago, simply to take the funds. Man I feel for you guys, this deal sucks.

Looking into CDE the reason they are trading so poorly despite the near completion of a new mine is their major assets are in Bolivia and Argentina.

The Bolivian government has been nationalising mines, causing much worry for international mining companies, CDE being one. Argentina may also not be looking so hot, the whole South American continent seems to undergoing a socialist shakeup.

As far as I can tell BSG is handing CDE a jewel in the crown.

I really can't see the advantage to BSG shareholders, it's basically introducing risks that weren't there previously with no benefits.
