The track the company is heading down is fraught with danger as with all management schemes. It is very hard to raise sufficient capital or to attract investors when there is no real asset.

Previous announcements indicated imminent revenue stream. Obviously has not happened as yet. No hard assets, and no revenue equals low SP equals MOT. To turn it around get assets and get revenue equals profit which equals elevated SP. Pretty simple really. Obviously your DD is either flawed or you know or have been told something that has not been announced.

Any investor who wanted to invest would not base their decision on what they read here, they would do their DD and then make a balanced business decision of their own.
