I just bought in Wednesday at 105c based on:
- Allan Gray value fund has been topping up,
- the price is near its low,
- dividend is 10% grossed up,
- 94.5FM Perth is my preferred radio station,
- financials look healthy.
I see AG is a big shareholder (~20%) in both SXL and HT1, any chance they will suggest some sort of value creating deal?
