Any chance this is a boiler room hit?
If not this might be a good idea...find stocks about which you can tell a good story that trades on two exchanges at very low liquidity. Buy on lower liquidity market and create some hype on the other market and watch the prices equate...arrange short-sell in advance. Could it work?
