Mars ,i can relate to your possible obsolescence concerns.Re "the long term future of the technology" ,with RMD and having to wear a mask all night. I too have been aware of incredibly cheap devices claiming to do the same as Cpap etc which cost many hundreds of $ plus ongoing consumables.The latest one is simple, a very small device one wears around the midriff which vibrates when one is on ones back and trains the wearer to roll over onto their sides , eliminating snoring and sleep apnoea just like that. Does sound too good to be true but.......
