I have given thought to all that as a disappointed ex shareholder. I think as usual the board will be stuck between a rock and a hard place - too much beholden to the CCC, somewhat trapped in a local tunnel vision mindset, and very unlikely to do anything adventurous. The purchase of SPC in the first place is typical of that lack of imagination - and the failure of SPC to put in place better product ideas just re-affirms that.

IMO there is scope to strive as you put it for better products to meet the future, but I don't reckon they will have the balls for it or the hard work it would take. Or the creative minds. And yes alcohol is not the answer.
