No I don't think it's special, calling up your major holders and offering them free trips isn't exactly a special event, as many people as you call you will have visit, you will have a line around the block by lunch time if you are handing out freebies.
For that situation 5 investment groups is a piss in the wind, money isn't the answer to CDV problems.
