IMO I don't think its about Oakajee. I think ROY is focusing on SA project with railway already. ROY's JV with GBG in WA still many years away & 3 days trading halt for that is a bit too long.
PDY's main project MUST use MMX's railway, but PDY did not call a trading halt at all & stated "Sinosteel Decision Won`t Impact Padbury Development".
