From previous annual reports PME management have said that the typical sales cycle is 12 - 18 months. They snared Mayo because the existing Mayo contractor was underperforming. Mayo had seen their booth at last year's radiology conference. This year's is due to open at the end of the month. Nice for PME sales staff to be able to broadcast that this time around.
I prefer management's approach of releasing news when it happens rather than creating expectations in the absence of real news to release.
One they nail another contract the naysayers will be back working their momentum logarithms. Again. Learn to surf contrarian style.
