broker data shows westpac accumulators are increasing their holding with 200K shares during last month.
retailers holders through comsec and CMC market dumped their holding and smart money accumulated all of them.




chart also shows a strong resistance in 16c. once this wall is broken  18c and 18.5c will be next resistance and 16c as base support. we should see a great leg up in early of next year.
